Act Now! The Government are set to introduce a requirement for an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) in April 2012 for anyone looking to install solar pv. To receive the highest available tariff of 21p per kilowatt, your property must achieve at least a C rating. Any properties below this level will receive a lesser tariff rate which has still to be confirmed.
