1. Your Enquiry to Absolute
2. Absolute calls you to confirm interest and arrange appointment
3. Absolute surveys your house, confirms your requirements & builds your proposal
4. Absolute verifies design & completes your quote. Then sends it to you by post & email.
5. When you are happy please give a signed order & 25% deposit to Absolute who will issue a receipt & a statement
6. You apply to your electricity provider for your feed in tariff application form.

Your Protection - Your deposit is held in Absolute's secure client bank account
7. Absolute arranges convenient installation date with you.
8. Absolute delivers your equipment to site prior to or on installation
9. Absolute sends the final invoice which is due for payment when your system is commmissioned and fully working.
10. Your system is installed and tested.
11. Absolute's MCS approved engineer commissions your system, ensures it is functioning fully, trains you and presents the key points in the Operation Manual.
12. You are required to settle the balance of your account with Absolute to qualify for the feed in tariff.
13. Absolute sends the commissioning certificate to you as soon as your payment is cleared. This will generate the MCS digital certificate which triggers the feed in tariff process. Your manual then follows.
